Men’s Group
I believe that every man carries a quiet strength within him—and that in the right circle, that strength becomes wisdom, connection, and real change.
For men in the transformative years of 30–59, this group offers a warm, confidential space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what truly matters. Whether you’re navigating partnership, fatherhood, work, or the deeper questions of identity, you don’t have to walk that path alone. With more than 25 years of experience in men’s work—as both a member and a facilitator—I bring a grounded, compassionate understanding of the challenges and possibilities that arise in these life stages.
Our sessions are designed to build belonging, emotional steadiness, and genuine self‑discovery. Through guided sharing circles, you’ll have room to speak honestly, listen deeply, and gain insights that support you in becoming the man you want to be. We explore themes like strengthening relationships, fatherhood, purpose, and building one’s “kingdom”—always with clarity, kindness, and respect.
For men aged 60 and beyond, I also facilitate the long‑standing “King”-Group, meeting fortnightly on Wednesdays from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. This circle has become a trusted place to explore wisdom, legacy, and belonging in later life. It’s a living example of how shared experience and mutual support can enrich life and create lasting connection.
In my role as counsellor and therapist, I guide these groups with steadiness and care, creating an environment where reflection, healing, and growth can unfold naturally. The strength of the group lies not only in my facilitation but in the collective wisdom of the men who gather—an energy that often leads to meaningful transformation and lifelong learning.
If you’re ready to experience the power of connection, shared wisdom, and personal growth, you are warmly invited to this men’s group. Whether you’re in your 30s or stepping into your 60s, these circles offer a place to learn, heal, and thrive alongside others.
