SUMMARY:Mindfulness/Awareness Practice for Beginners and Advanced Beginners
DESCRIPTION:Breath awareness and gentle physical exercises help release tension in both body and mind\, creating the foundation for deepening Zazen practice. \nFacilitator: Steffen Lindner \nPAUSE\, SETTLE\, TURN INWARD\, \nFIND STILLNESS\, DWELL IN THE QUIET CENTRE\, \nKNOW YOURSELF\, LOVE LIFE\, MASTER THE EVERYDAY\, SERVE THE WORLD. \nWhy do we meditate? \nComing from the restlessness and turbulence of daily life\, we settle into meditation—into Zazen. We allow ourselves to open to a state of conscious presence\, moment by moment\, breath by breath. Sitting upright\, we remain fully present in both body and mind. \nWe cultivate awareness—both inward and outward—as calmly and naturally as possible\, surrendered to the rhythm of breath and life itself. We practice continuous and unrestricted attention\, dedicating ourselves to the unfolding present without judgment or resistance—immersed in the moment\, breathing\, seeing\, listening\, receiving. We train in undivided mindfulness. \nWe connect with the essence of our consciousness—our innate capacity for recognition\, untouched by distractions. As we become increasingly aware of our mind’s contents\, we learn to rest in mindfulness and sustain it with ease\, unhindered by fleeting thoughts or strong emotions. In this state of awareness\, we see how consciousness always remains\, even behind the veil of thoughts. \nThus\, heart and mind come into harmony\, and we find ourselves embedded in the flow of life. Restlessness begins to fade. We become aware of the ways in which we create stress for ourselves—or allow external pressures to do so. \nAnd then\, everyday life—inevitable for us all—reveals itself as the true space for practice. We train ourselves in training—we cultivate the art of presence\, in silence and retreat. Yet in daily life\, within work\, school\, family\, and public spaces\, we reclaim presence\, making meditation an ongoing practice in the fabric of our existence. \n—We practice awareness behind the veil of thoughts—

SUMMARY:A NEW BEGINNING FOR US - LOVE AT SECOND SIGHT
DESCRIPTION:Couples Work (Couples Therapy / Dialogues for Couples / Seminar: “A NEW BEGINNING FOR US _- Love at Second Sight”) \n(Appointments by arrangement / Weekend seminars / Costs upon request) \nWEEKEND SEMINAR FOR COUPLES \nThe Adventure of Growing Together \nWithin the journey of partnership\, women and men are often invited to the profound task of renewing and deepening their connection. The enchantment of love at first sight frequently falls short of its initial allure. Over time\, we come to discover that love is not static—it needs to be consciously nurtured and recreated\, both individually and collectively. It is through “love at second sight” that we begin to glimpse the essence and depth of love: a connection shaped by the intention with which two people turn toward each other. Love is not simply an inherent state; it thrives in the continuous practice of seeing\, choosing\, and affirming one another. It is this persistent second glance—a heartfelt “Yes”—that builds and sustains us as a couple. \nThis weekend seminar provides a warm and reflective space for women and men who wish to explore untapped possibilities for a fulfilling life together as partners. Many couples encounter moments where\, despite their love\, living together in friendship\, partnership\, or marriage feels challenging\, even painful. \nThemes of the seminar include: \nThe emotional healing of both women and men \nFinding balance amidst conflict and harmony \nNavigating attraction and moments of separation \nRekindling desires and confronting disappointments \nBalancing dominance with shared equality \nCelebrating differences and cultivating mutual enrichment \nGaining insight and fostering compassion \nPracticing honesty and mutual recognition \nStrengthening love and intimacy \nEmbracing responsibility while preserving autonomy \nNurturing the partnership within parenthood \nRediscovering \n  \nWhen we find ourselves dissatisfied within our relationships as couples\, feeling as though we are trapped in the shadows of the past and unable to move forward together\, the root often lies in unresolved familial entanglements. \nThe experiential process that unfolds in this weekend seminar is dynamic and engaging. It weaves together moments of sharing\, experimental exercises\, structured dialogues\, and\, where appropriate\, systemic constellation work. This method of systemic family-structural constellations has proven to be a deeply transformative approach for couples\, allowing them to untangle past family dynamics and move toward healing and liberation. \nThe focus of this weekend seminar is to collaboratively explore\, alongside other couples\, the dynamics of relationships. It invites participants to understand and uncover the essence and conditions of a co-creative and evolving bond between partners—whether man and woman\, woman and man—so that love can flourish. It encourages a partnership that remains vibrant\, adaptive\, and oriented toward future growth. \nThis seminar offers a wonderful opportunity to consciously experience your relationship in a more meaningful way\, to deepen it\, and to embrace it with courage\, humor\, respect\, and love—as an adventure of mutual growth and shared transformation.

SUMMARY:Meditation Retreat Day
DESCRIPTION:Why do we meditate? \nComing from the restlessness and confusion of everyday life\, we settle in—and practice to be mindful. We are meditating together – a group of like-minded people – practising self-awareness. Meditation. We allow ourselves to open to a conscious presence\, moment by moment\, breath by breath\, second by second. Sitting upright\, we invite ourselves to be fully present—in body and in mind. \nWe let presence flow inward and outward—ideally relaxed\, surrendered to the rhythm of life breathing through us. Life unfolds only ever now. We practise steady\, open attention—an awareness that meets the moment without judgement or resistance. We meet what’s happening—what we ourselves are—through breath\, through seeing\, through listening\, through receiving. We train in wholehearted mindfulness. \nWe come into contact with the essence of our awareness—our innate capacity to know\, untouched by the content it holds. We practise becoming more aware of the mind’s movements\, so we can rest in this awareness and sustain it gently\, without being pulled off course by mental stories or strong emotions. When we can lean into this pure mindfulness\, we’re better able to meet difficult emotions. And when we touch this state of awareness\, we realise it’s always there—quietly present behind the veil of thought. \nIn this way\, heart and mind begin to align. We feel ourselves held by the flow of life. Slowly\, the restlessness eases. We begin to see how we create stress for ourselves—or how we let the world stress us. \nAnd everyday life—the one we all have to live—soon reveals itself as the real place of practice. We practise practising—we practise the art of being present in a space of quiet and retreat. And in so-called daily life—in our work\, in schools\, in families\, in public—we reclaim presence\, reclaim being\, and bring meditation to life in the everyday. \n— we practise awareness behind the veil of thought —
